Snow removal team member responsibilities include: The ability to work in cold conditions for a full shift Being on-call as-needed Clearing snow from paved areas such as sidewalks and access roads Handling equipment safely Assisting in loading and unloading materials and supplies Spreading salt and deicers as needed Qualifications: Must be a “team player” and get along with all co-workers Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work in an environment with varying weather, noise, etc. conditions   We offer: Competitive pay Training Friendly environment Professional atmosphere Opportunity for Advancement   Compensation is $20 per hour to start depending on experience.
