Housekeeper/lawn maintenance or both

I need to hire a housekeeper and helper as well as someone to maintain my lawn. One older person and household pets. I can offer live in arrangement to the appropriate person or couple. Salary paid out would reflect housing allowance. Compensation will be based on prior experience. salary will be reviewed twice yearly and corrective adjustments made. A must be careful with attention to meticulous detail. I don’t think housework is something everyone just “knows how to do” and I can provide guidance and skills for development for someone who needs or wants it.
