Pool construction company in Tomball looking to hire an assistant for the pool super, who can also do some weekly pool maintenance. Job Description: 1. Will assist the construction manager in building swimming pools. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Will be picking up materials and equipment parts from vendors, and delivering to job sites Will drain swimming pools Watering gunite when needed Brush new pools when needed Do new pool start ups Pick Up materials and equipment from Suppliers, and deliver to job sites Clean up jobsites as needed Power Washing 2. Back up Pool Cleaner. New hire must be able to run at least 12 pool cleaning route. When a pool tech is off, or we need help finishing routed on short weeks (holidays) you will fill in as a pool cleaner. Will train. Must be able to work in the heat, pick up 50 pounds, and handle adjusting chemicals in the pools. Most weeks, will only be doing pool cleaning 1 day of the week. Experience is great, but also willing to train the right person. Looking for someone that wants a long term career. This position can lead to becoming a future pool super. Looking for someone that is super dependable, task oriented. Needs little oversight and get jobs completed in detail, in a timely manner.
