I have a washing machine with the hot water hooked up to the cold pipe and vice versa - needs to be swapped over. I have an outlet in a new kitchen under the sink that was never connected, so we cannot get the waste disposal on. We need to figure out how to get power to it. There are plugs close by. It is also leaking a little under there so that needs to be sorted too. My new dishwasher does not work - probably the water is not hooked up correctly and it is not getting power from the same source as the disposal. I think sometimes there is a funny cut-off thing when new waste disposal is put in that blocks the dishwasher if it is not installed correctly as they both use the same waste pipe. A plumber would understand what I am saying but it happened once before at another property. These are all easy, quick fixes for someone who knows what they are doing. Please bid on this job, but don't send a crazy bid as I am already upside-down on this property. Please do not respond if you are not sure what you are doing, as I will not pay for someone to come out and shrug their shoulders and not know how to fix it. Been there, Done that.
