Need Construction Helper

I have a small commercial project that I need help with. Ideal candidate has some construction experience (or is at least good with their hands), can climb up and down a ladder comfortably, and can lift up to 75 pounds. This hire would be for this project only. I estimate it will take 4-6 days to complete. Pay is 1099, I will pay overtime if 40 hours are exceeded within 7 days. My paying rate is $22/hr.
