After much discussion, it is with a heavy heart that we announce to you that Yoga Farm Fest 2020 is cancelled due to COVID-19. Yoga Farm Fest will RETURN in the summer of 2021 and we will relaunch as an every-other-year event. You are receiving this email because you have already purchased a ticket. As you know, yoga studios all over the country are closed at this time, so we are providing you with a number of options regarding what to do with your ticket funds. By choosing options 1 or 2, you are able to support Flex now and do yoga later; however, we understand that you may need a refund so we are of course offering that option as well. Due to our cancellation, please fill out the Google Form at the bottom of this email. You will be asked to choose one of the following options: 1) Transfer your ticket and swag (shirt or water bottle) purchase to Farm Fest 2021, which will take place next summer. Once the date is chosen, if you cannot attend, you may change to option 2 or 3 if you'd like.2) Transfer the amount you paid for Farm Fest to your Flex Yoga Account. This credit will not expire and will be good for class packages and boutique purchases.3) Request a bank account refund. Thank you for understanding the difficulty that comes with a decision like this. We did not take it lightly, and we cannot wait to get back into the studio and begin planning for Farm Fest 2021.
