Help wanted with Gutter cleaning

I am a small gutter cleaning company looking for the right guy that has experience doing gutter cleaning. Must have a blower a hose and a 24-ft ladder. And one small extension ladder 16 ft will do. 80% of the houses are completely walkable ranches none of the two story houses are that difficult. They are in the area of Des plaines Mount prospect Arlington heights Northbrook Park ridge. The pay is 30 to $40 per hour depending on how fast and efficient you work. I will require a picture of each house finished. You will then be paid at the end of the day for every house that was completed.
