Seeking Handyman or woman for Multi-unit Buildings on Chicago's Southside 1st Class Property Management is seeking a professional handyman or woman to do maintenance work on several apartment buildings on the Southside of Chicago. We are looking for an experienced, competent, and trustworthy individual who knows how to repair and/or replace walls, doors, windows, and electrical and plumbing fixtures. Deeper knowledge of plumbing or electrical is not necessary but is preferred. We would start on a contract basis at a daily rate of $150, but the wage is negotiable depending on skills. This position has the potential to evolve into a part-time position with guaranteed days and hours if the candidate is so interested and performs quality work in a timely manner.
