Assistance needed for general repair and maintenance of a single residence and multiple small business facilities in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Duties Include -working with plumbing -lite electrical -pool upkeep -lawn/landscape (no mowing) -assisting with construction/remodel projects -painting -general cleaning Qualifications/Experience/Skills Needed Looking for someone experienced with light/general maintenance and property upkeep. Must have good work ethics. Should be able to work independently to complete assigned projects and be able to use a variety of tools such as a wrenches, hammer, electric drill, pressure washer, etc. Must have reliable transportation Pay range $12-$15 per hour based on experience Please provide a resume
