Description
Shepherd Life Cohort for Pastors & Ministry Leaders The purpose of the Shepherd Life Cohort (SLC) is to provide an interactive small group experience for Christian pastors and ministry leaders who want a safe place to: 1) Discuss challenging areas of ministry, and 2) Determine practical “next steps” tailored to their lives and particular situations in ministry. Through assigned pre-reading and reflection thoughts/questions, monthly group discussions, and individual time with the cohort director, participants will hopefully grow in their personal and ministry lives, their relationships with fellow “shepherds,” and most importantly, in their relationship with the Chief Shepherd, the Lord Jesus Christ.
