Property Management Company Searching for new primary Contractors for the following: We need a new Primary Handyman to respond to Moderate Difficulty type work and a couple of Snow Shoveling Contractors (Jersey City area and Bloomfield Area Snow Removal Needed) Must Haves:  -Reliable Transportation: Preferably a 4x4, a Van with cargo space, or a Pickup truck.  -Friendly,  Courteous, and Caring personality/ ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of personalities.  Communicating with our residents and staff requires, at minimum, professional courtesy.  - Familiarity with the use of the Internet and smartphones is required. You will need to be able to take timestamped photos and upload them for our review. We will provide limited training for this. -Your own tools - Previous paid experience in any of the repair job types you will be accepting from us. Frequent job types:  Basic Plumbing, Basic to Moderate Carpentry such as door/window repair/replacement, flooring repair, Damaged Drywall repairs, Heating Repairs, AC Repairs, Basic electric, Tile installation, and repairs. Maintenance: Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal, etc... Pluses: Flexibility in schedule and willingness to answer to service calls late nights and weekends is a plus but the need is rare.  Some Training is available. Onsite guidance and support is available via a video call from an experienced property manager. Ideal candidates are, Experienced Supers, Home Improvement Entrepreneurs looking for a steady client to build their business.
