Silver Tones Swing Into the Holidays at Gloria’s! We are pleased to welcome the Silver Tones to Gloria's Listening Room for a special holiday performance (two shows!). The Silver Tones Swing Band has been entertaining audiences all over the DC Metro area for almost a decade. Venues have included the Smithsonian Air and Space Museums, the Spanish Ballroom in Glen Echo, MD, countless galas and celebrations, and now Gloria’s! At this special holiday performance, the band will feature their 10-piece swing orchestra and vocalists. You’ll leave the show with a song in your heart, whistling favorites like Santa Claus Is Coming to Town, Let It Snow, Jingle Bells, and Mele Kalikimaka. Solo vocalists Wendy Marie and Gene Bates will recreate classics by Ella Fitzgerald, Brenda Lee, Lou Rawls, Nat King Cole, and Andy Williams. Mitzi Fox will also be making a special appearance on vocals! Beer, wine, and light snacks will be available for purchase. This is a limited capacity event, so get your tickets today: $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Please observe social distancing and facemask rules. Guests are invited to don their holiday attire and get in the spirit with big band swing!
