Winter Solstice Ceremony and Celebration with Cacao Heart Expansion Immersion - guided breathwork, movement, sound healing, fire, and drums YOU ARE INVITED.... ...to a a sacred sensual solstice celebration led by Aleph and Xorliyn. It has been almost a year since our first ceremony in Eugene, OR. And this year we are blessed and humbly grateful to have been invited to lead winter soulstice ceremony again. With more time and a home to prepare from, unlike the last minute frenzy from the back of our Subaru we were living in at the end of last year, we are excited to bring you a full body experience interweaving breath, sound, movement, music, fire, and our special guest for the evening - mama medicina cacao. Cacao is a sacred heart awakening medicine, both a physical and an energetic harmonizer and optimizer. When prepared with respect for the medicine and the elders who have shared their teachings, and when sipped in full presence, trust and surrender activates the highest frequency of love. Our intention for this cacao circle is to weave this heart harmonizer through the power of breath, sound, and movement to activate and amplify deeper oneness within and with all of life through the pleasure pathways of mind-heart-body-spirit within. After this potent activation inside, we will gather around fire outside - to celebrate our success(es) of the year, to say our goodbyes to what was and seal the old year, and to set our intentions for and welcome the new cycle of 2022. *-*-*-*-*-* Recommendations for the most optimal experience: - No meat or dairy for 12 - 24 hours before and after circle - Hydrate (with water) a minimum of 12 hours before circle, and for at least 1 - 3 days post circle - Rest and journal as needed to process and integrate your experience, it is normal for the body to express mild cold-like symptoms as this is how toxins and impurities are released *-*-*-*-*-* Please bring: - a yoga mat to sit or lie on - a blanket and cushion as desired - a sealed eco friendly water vessel - a journal and pen for personal reflections - an offering for the altar, either to gift or a personal item to charge during circle - a drum or instrument for fire circle, or a song to share, or simply your beautiful presence - a personal snack if you are a being who needs to eat after ceremony to return into the body *-*-*-*-*-* Doors open at 5:50 and lock at 6:15, we ring the bell and begin our circle at 6:16. When you arrive please enter softly and find your seat, putting a pin on all personal conversations until the end. If you have an offering for the altar, please check in with Xorliyn and clarify if it is a gift for the community or if it is to be placed on the altar to recharge. Please wait until after Aleph has invited you to retrieve your personal items to respect and maintain the sanctity of the energetic grids.
