Please NOTE: By reserving a ticket, it is soley for the purpose of knowing how many people will be attending. Your information is not being saved or retained for anything else. By reserving a ticket you understand and agree to the below: RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for participation in the activity of Holiday Photos with Alpacas organized by RE/MAX Equity Group West Hills Office and located at their office (6245 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97239), I agree for myself and my family members and guests coming with me to the following: AGREE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by the Alpacas owners, or the employees, representatives or agents of RE/MAX Equity Group.ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members or guests, and further release and discharge RE/MAX Equity Group and the Alpacas owners for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family or my guests presence upon the facitilies of RE/MAX Equity Group, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, my guest, the Alpacas, RE/MAX Equity Group or other third parties.NO DURESS. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to agree and acknowledge this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportyunity to review it before reserving my ticket. I fugure agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this Agreement if I so desire.
