This month's speaker is Luke Sherman, Chairman Of The National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) Luke has spent 30 years working in law enforcement, and has enjoyed leading people and transforming organizations utilizing almost three decades of experience leading, influencing, and guiding hundreds of police officers and other department employees in enforcement of local, state, and federal laws.
