At Glow Golf Hawaii, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Glow Golf Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games. You monitor event activities, safety protocols and are dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. Please reply with 100 words or less on why you would be a good candidate for Glow Golf Hawaii. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY? Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN! Monitoring the glow golf Space to ensure areas are stocked, clean and safe. Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service Process Payments. Handle cash transactions. Record and track customer spreadsheets. Assisting Guests with questions. Performing minor repairs to games. Report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key)! Ensure guests are following rules. Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties POSITION REQUIREMENTS Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!) Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!) Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends and Holidays.
