Take your C.O.B.R.A. training to the next level! If you have participated in our Family & Friends, Ladies Night Out, Real Estate Safety, or a Corporate Class, you have already completed our Basic Class!  Congratulations! It's time to take your C.O.B.R.A. self-defense training to the next level. This Intermediate Class will build upon techniques learned in the basic class and will include MORE hands-on drills and scenarios to expand and develop your self-defense skills.  Included in this level is weapon securing/stripping. Participation in our Basic Class must be completed prior to participating in our Intermediate Class. Ages 13 and up  C.O.B.R.A. Gold Standard  /  Clean Training Environment *We offer high-grade sanitizer stations in our studio  *We will provide high-grade sanitizer stations in our studio  *All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized between each session *All attendees may opt for NON-CONTACT to FULL- CONTACT, or contact to whatever extent they feel comfortable.  *All touch points will be cleaned regularly, such as entrance handles, restrooms, door knobs, sign-in points, etc.
