Chef Rachel Blanks, the owner of Simply Savory by Rachel and beloved Dayton Public School teacher, will be instructing her group to prepare a scratch-made Creole Chicken and Mushrooms with Lemon Butter Sauce. The meal will be paired with a glass of local wine.
