Please join the Revere Schools Community for a night with Lisa Damour, Ph.D. Organizers have requested that Dr. Damour tailor her discussion to focus on issues facing both boys and girls. Reserve your free ticket early to ensure your spot. A similar discussion with Dr. Damour was sold out last year in Hudson. This program is free and open to the public, but tickets must be reserved to ensure seat availability. Spots are limited. Doors open at 6pm. Lisa Damour, Ph.D. is a psychologist, author, teacher, speaker, and consultant.Dr. Damour writes the monthly adolescence column for the New York Timesand is a regular contributor at CBS News. She serves as a Senior Advisor to theSchubert Center for Child Studies at Case Western Reserve University and asthe Executive Director of Laurel School’s Center for Research on Girls. Dr.Damour is the author of two New York Times best-selling books: Untangled:Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthoodand Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls. Book discussions will be held at the Richfield Branch Library and dates will be announced as discussions are scheduled. **Upper grade students are permitted to attend with CAUTION. Sensitive topics will be covered and are targeted to parents, not students.
