How To Unlock Your Hips To Improve Your Movement, Squat Better, And Get Rid of or Prevent Pain
In the “Hips Don’t Lie”' workshop we discuss and practice how to unlock the hip, looking at assessing how you move, and learning useful mobility, stability, and motor control movement exercises. Attendees will get hands-on practice for techniques to improve hip mobility, foam rolling, and exercises to improve hip stability and motor control. All questions will be answered either during the seminar or I will stay after to answer your questions.
Who: Adult recreational athletes and exercisers interested in improving hip mobility and movements, squatting and performing better, and preventing pain.
