Bluecrew is looking for Sortation Supervisors in your area to oversee setting up the delivery team for success. As a warehouse leader you’ll also collaborate with other staff as necessary to ensure all areas are covered, implementing and executing new initiatives, and encouraging team members to observe all company safety and protocol rules. Sortation Supervior’s Responsibilities include: Lead the sortation team to ensure accurate and efficient sortation to set up the delivery team for success Coordinate with Warehouse Lead to ensure that the sortation team has all the supplies it needs (saran wrap, rolling racks, pallet jacks etc) to operate efficiently and effectively and all hardware is prepped and functioning properly Work cross functionally with engineering and operations teams to ensure that predicted volumes are known, understood and confirmed (incl: number or routes) Ensure that all routes that are to be dispatched onto Mobile Hubs have been wrapped, loaded or staged and BOL filled out appropriately for each by required pick up time Learn and understand the technical applications of the job and be able to train new hires accordingly on these applications Benefits of Working with Bluecrew (W2 status!)
