The property consists of 24 housing units. The primary responsibility is to prepare the trash for sanitation pick up. The superintendant must also walk the grounds and pick up trash. It would be helpful if the superintendant could clear the sidewalks, not the parking area, of snow, using a snow blower that we possess, not a shovel. As the shoveling is not part of the superintendant's duties, you would get paid separately.
