Next Meetup December 8, 2021 at 5:30 PM ET at Old Ox Brewery, Ashburn.
We’re excited to be back at Old Ox Brewery in Ashburn for our December Meetup. Join us on Dec. 8 from 5:30p – 7:30p for networking and cybersecurity-focused speakers and conversation.
In December we’ll hear from two organizations that can help you win federal business and make sure your internal cybersecurity hygiene is compliant and ready to meet current NIST guidelines and future DFARS standards.
1. Mr. Dave Bartlow from GENEDGE (DEFENDCUI-VA Program Manager and Regional Growth Manager) will speak briefly about GENEDGE and their federal grant program that is available to help companies meet NIST 800-171 guidelines. This is a foundational step to eventual CMMC 2.0 compliance.
2. Ms. Lisa Wood from the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will be our featured speaker. PTAC is dedicated to providing free and low-cost assistance to businesses who want to participate in the government procurement process, whether federal, state, or local.
So please join us and bring a friend to our Dec. 8 Loudoun Cyber Meetup.
If you require a reasonable accommodation for any type of disability in order to participate in Loudoun County Cybersecurity Professionals, please contact Katie Fleger at 703-737-8612 (TTY 711). Three business days advance notice is requested.
