Hiring for floor tiling work/ carpentry/ painting and Housekeeper

We need some renovation work done to our 1300 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Peabody, Mass. First we need our existing peel and stick linoleum floor removed and replaced with a tile floor. Second, we need handles and drawer pulls installed onto our kitchen cabinets. Third, we need our condo painted. We are also in need of and experienced housekeeper to clean o u r condo. We are looking to hire as soon as possible. You can take on one aspect or all of them. We do not necessarily expect to hire somebody that does everything.
