Momma cat and kittens

I have a momma cat who showed up at my house several months ago and had a litter of kittens, we were able to find homes for this litter however she before she could get them weened she got pregnant again and gifted us with 9 more kittens (there are 6 left, we did manage to find homes for 3 of them). These kittens are now around 3 months old and need homed BAD, momma cat would make a great companion cat for someone elderly or disabled. She is not feral (wild) by any means, please help us find homes for her and her baby's. Please help us find their furever home, Thank you.
