If you're an experienced server who cares about the guests you serve, I would love to have you onboard with the launch of my event management company. I have a ton of work available for this holiday season, so don't miss out!
What I need from you:
Experience as a server is a plus.
TiPS certified is a plus.
Be caring, kind and, most importantly, hospitable.
Be honest and reliable.
Be a self-starter.
Work with integrity.
Have an all black uniform (black button-up, slack trousers, non-slip black shoes).
Well-groomed.
Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Be all in.
I need a crew that isn't lazy and takes pride in what they do. A multi-faceted individual who is a wo(man) of her/his word. Being a server can be monetarily rewarding but it isn't money you make passively. It serves your best interest to ingratiate yourself to the clients/guests and make a positive impression. My event company services more intimate gatherings where we're often working directly under the person who hired us. So it's imperative that you're not someone who idles around while they "work". That won't work for my company.
