No cost COVID-19 vaccine drive for all eligible age groups. Open to anyone, students and family. This drive is for 2nd dose vaccines. This is a no cost vaccine clinic, open to anyone who wants to sign up, adults and children. Pre-register at: FastDoc Urgent Care Please bring a valid ID for parent or guardian, as well as any insurance cards you have. Insurance is not required, there are no out of pocket fee's, but there will be an injection fee sent to your insurance if you have it. We will have all three vaccines available: J&J, Pfizer and Moderna for ages 18 and above. Pfizer for ages 12-18 Pfizer Pediatric Dosing for ages 5-11
