Active punk band seeks new vocalist Current vocalist is leaving on good terms due to family obligations with no drama on either end. Ideal candidate: -25-38 years old with a burning desire to front a band and see it through as far as it can go -good, honest person with heart and passion -Charismatic and not afraid to interact with a crowd -Can sing (not whiny), scream, shout. Not looking for death metal growlers -No egos, no drama, no hard drugs, no alcohol abuse problems -No racists, homophobes, or bigots of any kind -At least one practice a month in Queens or Long Island -Minimum of one show a month -Reliable transportation and income to help with recording, rehearsal, merch expenses We: -Around several years and have established a core fan-base around New York as well as nation and worldwide -Have several CD/vinyl releases, have been featured on a high-profile compilation and have another 7” out soon with global distribution on an international label -Are fans of Agnostic Front, Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Bad Brains, Negative Approach, Sick of it All, Anti-Flag, Bad Religion, Rancid, GBH, etc This is our life’s calling and hope it’s yours as well We’re ready to hit the ground running with whoever steps up.
