You are invited to share the joys of the holidays at A Christmas Tea at the Historic Woman's Club of Kenosha. Holiday tea, treats & music! A Christmas Tea at the Woman’s Club of Kenosha Doors open at Noon- Live music starts at 12:30. Refreshments will be Christmas treats, scones and tea,, and hot wassail ( spiced apple cider) You are invited to share in our Christmas joy through music and friendship. There will be door prizes and a 50/50 raffle. Invite your friends and family for a lovely afternoon in our beautifully decorated home. The cost is 20.00- Tickets will be available on Eventbrite.com or through a member. PayPal is a payment option at [email protected] After the Tea, (Dec 12th ) it will be our Christmas Open House from 3-5. We will also have our memory tree, you can purchase a snowflake to place on the tree in memory of your loved one. Their mission is to support the welfare of our community and its home life, to recognize the needs of others, and to enjoy a sisterhoold in which lasting friendships and personal growth occur through volunteer service.  Literacy support, along with scholarships are perenial donations. The issues they focussing on in 2019-2020  start with: stopping human trafficking, conservation efforts-saving our bees, supporting our veterans, especially military women, child adovocacy, recognizing the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment- women right to vote, blue ribbon campaign supporting law enforcement and more...
