It's El Vez’s Mex-Mas tour where he, his band, and his lovely backup singers The Elvettes channel the magic of Christmas through mashed-up and punked-up versions of classic Christmas carols including “I’m Dreaming of a Brown Christmas,” “Now I Wanna Be Santa Claus” and, of course, “Feliz Navidad.” In a show that is at once deeply traditional, and deeply twisted, it’s loaded with choreography, comedy, crazy costume changes, and giant inflatable Santas making for a holiday tradition even the scroogiest of Scrooges can appreciate.
