Hello, I manage a few properties in Indianpolis (mainly Fountain Square/Bates-Hendricks area) and I'm looking for a reliable handyman for when issues pop up. Examples of possible issues are: broken bed frame, lights in a room aren't turning on, install a smart lock, troubleshoot a doorbell that isn't working, leak in the bathroom, fix a jammed doorknob, maybe take out some trash bins if needed, etc. Ideal skills & qualifications: -General repairs -Painting -Furniture assembly -Electrical -Plumbing -Quick to respond and available for emergency requests -Flexible with schedule -Good communication skills and ability to clearly explain a problem and solution -Good relationships with specialists (plumbers/electricians) We will definitely keep you busy!
