Stringfield Roofing is Hiring for multiple positions: Installers, Dry-in Tech, Laborers! Full and part time employment available Crew Lead/Installer : $32-$50 Per hr -4+ years verifiable experience in Metal and Composite Roofing as well as management exp. required -Valid Drivers License Truck with Lumber rack Preferred -CCB license preferred, not req. -Must send Resume Roofer/Installer: $25-$40 per hr DOE. $30-45 per square! -Previous, verifiable roofing experience required -pay per square possible after quality verified and 60 day probation period -Must have Transportation (Truck Preferred) Dry in Technician: $22-$32 per hr DOE and Management ability -experience preferred but not required, training is available for the right candidates Laborer: $18-$25 per hr DOE APPLY TO ALL POSITIONS: - If you simply show up on time and ready to work with a good attitude, you'll flourish here! -Must follow directions well especially in regards to safety protocol -Maintain drivers license and reliable transportation to and from job sites that vary (reasonable exceptions can be made here) -Tools can be provided if you don't have your own, but bringing basic necessary tools and belt to work daily is your responsibility -Must communicate effectively: changes in schedule and availability concerns need to be brought up beforehand -Work takes place outside on various pitched roofs; Must be able to lift 60 lbs and work in harsh Hot/Cold conditions -This is a roofing job: a healthy fear of heights is normal! But if you have an unreasonable/extreme fear, this probably isn't the job for you -Must be willing to wear a safety harness -Growth potential is Very possible and probable if you can show us you're motivated!! -More specific job descriptions available for each position after first round of hiring
