Large Group Reservation

Description

For groups of 13 or more, a large group reservation is required. We have 3 great winter-friendly spots available for rental. Effective 11/17/20: Due to new restrictions by the Virginia Governor's Office, all personal and private gatherings are limited to 25 guests. See pictures and descriptions of each space here: https://www.wineryatbullrun.com/Visit/Large-Group-Reservations Terms of Use: All 3 spaces are weatherproof, so no reschedule is available due to rain. In the event that any governmental entity, agency, or legislative body enact a law, regulation, state of emergency, or executive order that requires TWABR to shut down or limit the amount of people that can be on the property (due to COVID-19 or any other reason) such that TWABR cannot host the Event or cannot host the full number of expected guests at the Event, then your sole option is to reschedule the Event to another date within 6 months of the originial reservation date. No refunds are available. In the case that the winery is shut down due to snow, we offer a complimentary reschedule to another date within 6 months. No refunds are available. You are expected to setup and clean up within your reserved time. Please be sure to leave the space as you found it and leave all garbage in a trash can or in the provided trash bag in your bay. We do not allow early arrivals for setup. Do-it-yourself reservation with no staff assistance or table service. Clean up fee of $350 will be charged to the credit card on file if space is not returned to the original state in which it was found or if trash is left behind. Balloons, glitter, confetti, and other items that may be harmful to the environment are NOT allowed. General winery rules listed in the FAQs apply. Speakers, amplified music, and live music are NOT allowed.
