We are looking for a maintenance person who has experience in building maintenance. The best candidate will be professional, personable and be able to take direction. They will not be afraid of a hard days work, and will be reliable and be a self starter. Pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities: · Maintain the property and repair as needed including but not limited to: · Plumbing repairs · Electrical repairs · Lock replacements · Property clean up at several area properties Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines · Ability to operate a standard small truck and lift-gate · Be professional, courteous, and tactful with all guests and co-workers · Ability to read, write and communicate effectively Qualifications: · Two (2) years experience in residential/commercial building or hotel maintenance and equipment systems preferred Job Type: Full-time Please email resume
