The Breakfast with the Commissioner Benefit promotes agriculture in North Carolina and recognizes significant individuals in this industry. The Breakfast with the Commissioner Benefit is an opportunity for the Tobacco Farm Life Museum, Commissioner Steve Troxler and the agriculture community to come together to honor individuals with the Excellence in Agriculture Award, and the Innovative Young Farmer of the Year Award. This is a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work and dedication that agriculture communities create. Funding from this event supports the Tobacco Farm Life Museum, Inc. and the continuation of its mission to “Preserve and Present the Heritage and History of the Rural Farming Community.” The Tobacco Farm Life Museum is a non-profit 501c3 orginization that focuses on perserving and presenting the history and heritage of the rural farming community in North Carolina.  The Museum was established in 1983.
