This is pretty straight forward stuff...looking for someone to GC (we can pull permit) or handle work yourself...but, there is a fair amount of work. There is 15-20K built in to GC the work...if you jump in and swing a hammer (so to speak), obviously, you make more...4-6 weeks of work. Looking for CLASS C work !!!!!!! frame partition walls, 24 on center, 20 gague stud, drywall...hang and tape (2 coats only) convert bathrooms to handicapp accessible back deck (6X5) with ramp and stairs paint: spray and back roll, primer only... etc requirements (aside from work) is A) INSURED, B) website, C) references shoot me an email, we can chat, if stiff interested I'll shoot you the planss starting in about 4-5 weeks...google the address for more images...
