Rehoming a bulldog mix

I have a dog looking for a home she looks to be a bulldog mix. We think she was dumped bc we just moved in our new house and after a few weeks she just showed up and we have never seen her before. Yes I have taken her to be checked for a chip well no luck. So I'm trying to find this girl a home bc I don't want to take her to the shelter. Bc we can't keep her bc we have another dog and we'll they aren't fond of each other. We have been feeding her and keeping her in our garage till we find her a home. She will need to see a vet and could really use a bath. If u have anymore questions feel free to ask me I will try and answer the best I can. Just want to find this girl a good home I will ask a small rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good one. I can send pics up on request
