I do not drive my car a lot, except for my doctor's appointment. it sitting there all winter until I buy a new house is just fine. You will be reinforcing some 2x10s I have already there new cables and hardware that will hold the springs and the tracks and then you will make the door function I bought all the new wires and all that The tracks will have to straightened a little, nothing to where I need to replace them. I am not looking to fix the roof in the garage so don't waste my time saying I can fix the whole garage I don't give a shit. Job will take about 3/4 hours I would do it myself if I was not disabled. I know exactly what to do to make this job happen, you also will be reinstalling my garage door opener. Once you agree on an estimate that's what it will be and if the job is not done properly you will not get paid. People think that because I'm disabled but I've never did this kind of shit before I am not disabled my entire life... Make sure you are capable I can always go get a guy at home Depot for $150 for the full day.
