Description

Yoga for Kids program for ages 5-18* that will focus on physical and mental health. Please bring your own mat and wear a mask. Dinwiddie 4-H hosts a monthly Yoga for Kids program for ages 5-18* at the Eastside Enhancement Center in North Dinwiddie. Kids Yoga is designed for all levels of experience and flexibility. There are no religious ties to the program. The first portion of the time is dedicated to stretching, breathing, and physical activity with the remainder of the time being used for Guided Relaxation in which participants listen to a calming script and practice the art of being still and relaxation. Parents must stay onsite throughout the event and complete paperwork for each child participating.
