A mini camp for athletes looking to take training to the next level! Build speed, power, & rotational force!
This camp will give athletes sport-specific training they won't get anywhere else. Our coaching staff will use unique, fun and proven training methods to get the most out of the kids in two weeks. So much can be done in a short time if taught correctly.
All athletes, ages 10+ (some exceptions), are encouraged to attend. Each session is limited to just 15 kids!
Session 1: Monday 12/21 & Tuesday 12/22 8:00am-9:00am
Monday 12/28 & Tuesday 12/29 8:00am-9:00am
Session 2: Monday 12/21 & Tuesday 12/22 10:00am-11:00am
Monday 12/28 & Tuesday 12/29 10:00am-11:00am
Session 3: Wednesday 12/30 & Thursday 12/31 8:00am-9:00am
Monday 1/4 & Tuesday 1/5 8:00am-9:00am
Session 4: Wednesday 12/30 & Thursday 12/31 10:00am-11:00am
Monday 1/4 & Tuesday 1/5 10:00am-11:00am
Parents and coaches are welcome to attend and watch the camp, too!
