Lifelong Music in O'Fallon Schools presents Survivor! trivia night. Tickets and add-ons can be purchased on this site. $20 per player or $140 per table of 8 Teams can consist of 1 to 8 players. For single sign-up, please note if you would like to be placed in a team (provide team captain's name) or separately. Add-ons include (can be purchased at event): Mulligans Stumped? Use a Mulligan $10 for 5 mulligans 50/50 Drawing Raffle Tickets can be purchased at check-in and throughout event time (Available only to IL residents): $5.00/ticket 5 tickets for $20 10 tickets for $35 Prizes: 1st Place - $140 Cash Prize 2nd Place - $100 Cash Prize 3rd Place - $75 Cash Prize Best Decorated Table All proceeds benefit Lifelong Music in O'Fallon Schools to support music programs in District 90.
