This event is for persons age 21 and up only, proper identification is required for entry. ATF requires us to check a valid US issued State Driver's License, US State Issued ID Card,  Military ID, or Passport.  An expired ID is not considered valid.  A valid passport is one that is not expired and has an entry stamp on it.  If you have an unexpired passport with no entry stamp, then you will have to show a second form of "verifiable ID" which can be an ID from a foreign nation.  Sorry Tampa, we don't make these rules up!   What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Please don't drive to this event if you can help it.  Parking will be limited, so ride sharing apps are recommended.  If you must drive, please note that parking in the primary garage at The Pointe will be limited, or valet only.  Parking information is subject to change.   Are the tickets refundable? No.  All ticket purchases are final.   Is there a dress code and what can I bring into the event? "DRESS TO IMPRESS"-   No shorts, jerseys, ball caps, chains, or sneakers.  Masks are required. Every person must have their individual barcode ticket for us to scan.  If its on your phone, great!  If you bring a printed ticket, no problem.   If you bought tickets for friends, be sure they have their own individual ticket.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Whoever checks in with a unique ticket, gets in.     Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Not a problem.   Jackson’s has been a treasure in Tampa since it opened its doors for business on December 7, 1997.  This year, Jackson's will be hosting its annual New Year's Eve party and celebrating our many years of serving the Tampa community and its guests!  Thank you for being so good to us, Tampa!
