Winter is an excellent time of year to visit, with significantly less crowds, magnificent snowcapped mountains and endless beauty. We will base out of Estes Park and spend sunsets and sunrises shooting, with classroom time and image editing during the day. One morning shoot will include a guided snowshoe hike (easy) to Dream Lake!  Dan is a very passionate and creative teacher and he will spend a large amount of the workshop instructing.  He will give several group lectures as well as one-on-one instruction to each student catering to everyone's personal photographic level.  Along with capturing stunning images of the park, the main focus of this workshop will be teaching ideas on creating strong powerful images from conception to print.
