Is this cat yours? She was found in Riverbank, between the Police Station and the Post Office. Her leg had gotten caught in her collar, which was not a break-away collar. She was very skittish and hard to catch, but we were able to get her and remove the collar. If you can document that she is yours, please let me know via email. I will return her but you need to promise to use a break-away collar in the future.
