WALTHAM, MA — One person was injured in a fight and shooting that broke out early Sunday morning at the Embassy Suites in Waltham, said police. Officers responded to the Winter Street hotel at approximately 1:20 a.m. after getting a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival, police found that a single gunshot was fired during the altercation, but no one was hit by the bullet. A male victim was treated for a minor injury, said police.
