This two-hour workshop is Part 4 in a series of four of the Pathway to Healing (PTH) Workshops.
In this workshop we will reflect on the progress you have made, for opening yourself up to your pathway to healing. We will reflect on the awareness you have gained, on what you have accepted and released. We will talk about and connect with what you are grateful for. We will celebrate YOU, the shifts you have made, and the time you have taken to focus on your healing.
You will leave with tools that you can continue to use to bring you back to a sense of peace, self-love, to self-healing.

Do I have to attend Part 3 before signing up for Part 4 of the Pathway to Healing workshops?
Yes. Attending Part 3 is required before attending Part 4.
Is this event for women only?
Yes. Currently, workshops are for women only. If you are interested in couples or men-only workshops, please contact the organizer to set something up.
What can I bring to the event?
Please dress warmly and comfortably. We recommend yoga or exercise wear. Water, a small treat, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided. However, you may bring your yoga mat and/or blanket or block if you desire. Also, don't forget to bring your journal.
