Come experience a safe, loving space that provides a pathway to emotional and energetic wholeness. This two-hour workshop is Part 2 in a series of four of the Pathway to Healing (PTH) Workshops. Now that you have the awareness of how freeing it can be to energetically and physically let go of trauma and grief has been holding you back - you can continue to let go of the emotions, thoughts, and energetic blocks that have not been serving you. In this workshop, we go deeper into experiencing the freedom of not being attached or tethered to your past trauma(s). Many women have expressed the shifts they have been experiencing. For example, a past participant said, "I felt the wall of tissue I’d built in my brain melt away and ever since I feel happier, lighter, more focused, less blame and shame of myself and most importantly less depressed and attached to the trauma as a story. Now it is just a chapter instead of the story. I feel as if I have moved forward in the healing process and ready to peel away the next layer, with excitement and determination!" A.M If you have been questioning what your purpose is, feeling stuck, finding it difficult to move forward in life, and/or experiencing a lack of clarity AND are ready to create some powerful shifts in your life. We combine gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and an energetic clearing practice to help you become more profoundly tuned in to source, to yourself, and your environment. FAQs Do I have to attend Part 1 before signing up for Part 2 of the Pathway to Healing workshops? Yes. Attending Part 1 is required before attending Part 2. Is this event for women only? Yes. Currently, workshops are for women only. If you are interested in couples or men-only workshops, please contact the organizer to set something up. What can I bring to the event? Please dress warmly and comfortably. We recommend yoga or exercise wear. Water, a small treat, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided.
