About the Young Progressives: GPCC along with the Committee of 50 is engaged in creating and supporting leadership projects, efforts, and programs that will prepare (3) three tiers of citizens for future personal, family, educational, government, and business success; from mentor to shadowing, to training, sharing of knowledge, experiences, and wisdom. All are designed for a better city, community, state, and nation. This program is open to all based on the core belief. “Grow the people and you grow the Nation.” Tier three (3), of the three-tier plan, are our Young Progressives, a group of 25 to 50 plus year-old men and women interested in being a successful part of the mainstream business success model. Additionally, having high family values, ethnic values, and a vision encouraging: educational improvement, entrepreneurship, self-determination, and community participation. Tier one is young 12–24-year-old's, Tier two are young men and women who are socially and civically involved for social change.
