Great inexpensive guitar.  We have fully gone over this instrument, giving it some well needed oiling of fretboard and bridge. We replaced the cheap plastic nut and bridge pins with bone nut, and custom ebony pins. We also shaved the saddle a bit, and set the nut for nice medium low action.  We have new PB 12's on it.. Earthwoods.   She plays great.
