Hello, we have 2 young Green Indian Ringneck Parrots available for adoption. Our original pair that we have had babies. We fell in love with these two, and held on to them for too long, but now we need to find them a forever home like we originally intended. They hatched the week of May 11th 2020, so are a year and a half old. They were very tame when little, and had lots of handfeedings and cuddles(we co-parented with mom and dad for feedings). But as they got older, we got very busy with life, and they are no longer tame unfortunately. My son can still pet them and love on them while they are in the cage, but they do not let me. They both still have great personalities, and have started talking/whistling. They also blow kisses(in response to someone asking,"do you want a kiss?"), and like to be handfed at the cage. They mainly say "hello", "hello Larry"(their dad's name, lol), "what are you doing", "hello baby", and a few other things. We have not had any dna tests done, but neither has a ring yet, but are nearing the age where it should begin to show if they are males. They have been raised together since hatching and get along great. We are looking for someone who has experience with Ringnecks, and understands their needs, or someone who is willing to make the lifelong commitment of taking care of them properly(They can live up to 50 years). Their names are Toto and BabyBaby. Toto is missing the nail of one toe(Mom bit it off), and BabyBaby was the last to hatch, so was the runt of the bunch, and extra snuggly.
